Garn Manufaktur Patch-Art Advent Calendar 2024

Welcome to the Patch-Art Advent Calendar hosted by Garn Manufaktur! This year’s Mystery KAL project was designed by #littlecherry. These Advent calendars are lovingly made in Garn Manufaktur's yarn factory in Germany and they are offered in 4 colorways. The yarn isn’t a secret in this KAL, but the pattern is!

How does the Mystery KAL work?

The KAL begins on December 1st, 2024 and runs through December 24. Each day at around 9 a.m. in Germany (Midnight in Seattle, WA) a new piece of the pattern will be released and a new yarn color will be used.The instruction emails are sent to the name and email address specified on the order.

In addition there is also an optional Facebook group where you can join your fellow advent knitters, share photos & color combinations, and celebrate the daily progress. 

What is included in the Advent calendar?

• Advent calendar with 24 mini-hanks of yarn 20g each*

• 2 additional 100g hanks of contrast yarn

• Knitting instructions for a shawl approx. 78.75” x 19.5” (200cm x 50cm)

• Knitting instructions:  written with many detailed pictures

• Event Begins December 1, 2024

• Daily email updates

• Special surprise bonus pattern on December 24, 2024

*not all of the yarn will be used in the project. There will be a surprise project for the leftovers on December 24th, 2024

**every day we work with a different color. The instructions specify when each color is used.
