The technique of shadow knitting uses your basic knit and purl stitches strategically placed to create a Alpaca silhouette that can only be seen from an angle - and not when looked at straight on. Each kit includes detailed knitting instructions, along with charts and written instructions. Needle not included.

Skills: Cast on, knit/purl, increase/decrease, bind off

Needle requirements: US 6 (4.00mm) 32" (80cm) circular
Finished Size: approximately 79" wide x 16" in high at the point (200cm x 40 cm)
Yarn: 50% cotton, 50% polyacrylic, very soft, drapes beautifully, subtle silky shine, Öko Tex Standard 100
Yarn Weight: Worsted 8 ply
Color 1: 200g solo Cream
Color 2: 200g solo Black

Notions: scissors + tapestry needle for weaving in ends
