Swag Cowl Kerchief Kit

The Swag Cowl Kit includes the yarns and pattern to complete the project!

Included in the kit:

• 1 skein of Yarn Snob, A Mighty Fine DK in the color Happiness.
• 1 skein of Yarn Snob, A Mighty Fine DK in the color Navy Blue.
• The Swag cowl pattern by Kyle Kunnecke.

A Mighty Fine DK is 100% Superwash Merino, with 274 yards per 100 gram skein

This cowl begins with a provisional cast-on, and then dives into the series of non-repeating charts that celebrate the beauty of hand-dyed, multi-color yarn by pairing it with a deliciously rich solid.

Once the charted portion of the cowl is completed, it’s time to divide and conquer by working flat with mirrored decreases on the right side of each row. For the finale, pick up those cast-on stitches to add a beautifully classic I-cord bind off.

Using the technique of locked floats will add to your success with this project.

Swag is an ideal pattern for the practice of locking floats while working both flat and in the round.

Finished Size: Approx. 25” in circumference, and 23“ from neck to tip.

Needles: Size U.S. 5 (3.75 mm): 24” circular needle, or size needed to obtain desired gauge

Gauge: 24 sts and 20 rounds = 4" (10 cm) in pattern, blocked.
