- Change of Heart: If you change your mind or realize you ordered the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will work with you on an exchange or in-store credit, as long as the item is in the original packaging and condition. Return freight to Makers’ Mercantile will be your responsibility.
- Order Error: We do our best to avoid these, but face it; we are human too, so they will happen on occasion. If you happen to receive an order with a discrepancy, please contact us as soon as you notice it, but no later than two weeks after receiving the shipment.
- Defective Product: Our apologies in advance if you should receive a defective product! Please contact us immediately upon noticing the defect. We will handle the situation to your satisfaction immediately.
- There are a few items that cannot be returned, they include: magazines, books, patterns, fabrics and ribbons cut to order, yarn that has been wound, and “last chance” items.
