How to Prepare your Project for Finishing - online workshop

The finishing of a garment is a big job, and is just as important as the knitting of it, if not more. Knowing how to make a seam or pick up a stitch and knit is only a small portion of the finishing process. There are tricks to preparing a project as it is being made that help create a beautifully finished garment.

In this workshop we will talk about some modifications in the pattern that we can consider that help the look of our finished garment. We will take a look at necklines, collars, pockets, special seams, trims, gauges involved, and discover tricks to making very clean edges. Once you know how to do it and apply to your work on a project, finishing will be so much more enjoyable and beautiful.
