Eco Printing Workshop with Rawna Hamann

Come join us for a fun day of printing, dyeing and creating naturally!

Experience how using natural plant materials to print on natural textiles, such as silk, wool, cotton, and linen, can enrich your creativity and pump up your fashion as well!

You will create a sampler piece on silk printed from the vegetation from around your house, neighborhood, or a favorite florist, and move on to creating a Habotai Silk scarf (8” x 72”) that you will create with your new knowledge.

This workshop will provide the basic training on how to print using natural vegetation, teach the tips and techniques to finishing and setting your creation, as well as provide information on how to use your new skills on wool, cotton, and linen textiles.

Tuition of $85 includes: 5 hours of instruction and guidance, the silk yardage and scarf, and all the supplies needed to make your provided plant materials come alive!  Registration also includes a 10% off discount coupon for in-store merchandise (excludes classes).
