Stranded Colorwork with 3 Colors with KC Knitting Co.

Level up your stranded colorwork game by — GASP — adding a 3rd color! Learn the best way to arrange colors, manage 3 balls of yarn at once, and catch floats* with minimal tangling. Whether you’re an English, Continental, or combo knitter, you can absolutely knit with 3 colors without losing your mind (promise). Once you master this, you'll be unstoppable. You might even want to add a 4th!

Recommended for knitters who are comfortable and confident with 2-color stranded colorwork.

*Both traditional float-trapping and Ladderback Jacquard methods will be discussed; however, in-depth instruction for Ladderback Jacquard will not be covered. Students may enroll in the morning session to learn the technique.

We’ll be working on the Tenderwood Hat in class.
