Events for Adults

Shibori Dyeing

Workshop length: 2.5 hours

Price: $75 per student, includes materials

Class Size: Minimum 4, Max 15

Description: Join the fun and dye a series of floursack towels in an organic Indigo vat! We will demonstrate ways to fold, tie, and bind fabric so
that once dyed, it has a completely unique pattern. Indigo dyeing is easy and fun, and in this class you can create a truly beautiful gift for yourself or someone else.

No Sew Gnomes

Workshop length: 2 hours

Price: $45 student, includes materials

Class Size: Minimum 4, Max 20

Description: Gnomes are super fun to make, and no two are ever alike! Craft your own gnome to put on your desk, or shelf. No crafting experience necessary other than the handling of a glue gun. All materials are provided.

Knot Pillow

Workshop length: 3.5 hours

Price: $60 per student, includes materials

Class Size: Minimum 4, Max 10

Description: Yes, you can make this pillow! No knitting experience necessary. Learn how to cast on, knit a long tube, fill, and then tie an infinity knot. Using high quality materials, you'll be proud to display the finished piece, or give it as a gift.

Food and Drink
Makers’ Cafe has you covered. With 1 week notice, we can have sandwiches, salads, and treats ready for your group. We have a lovely selection of espresso, Italian sodas, juices, beer, and wine. Or for the more casual event, we can cater meat and cheese platters, or chips, peanuts, & pretzels. We also are able to accommodate vegetarians and allergies/intolerances/restrictions as needed.

Our meeting space measures approximately 19.25 ft x 20.17 ft, with one solid wall, two walls of windows (which provide ample daylight), and one curtained wall. (388.28 sf)
